Spring Session Lottery Results

We are aware that the shift to a lottery system is a change that may be less convenient to some parents, however it also makes our After-School program more accessible for families who may not be able to as easily register within seconds of the open of registration online.  This aligns with our school and PTA values for inclusion and equitability.

We would like to provide full transparency to the lottery process. Please see below the number of students enrolled to the lottery in each class vs. the max number of seats in each class. A small number of spots were assigned to volunteers for the After-School program and students with scholarships

  • Parkour (K-2) - 25 / 10
  • Parkour (3-5) - 9/12
  • Mad Science - 24/19
  • Finding Nemo Musical - 30/16
  • Pokeman - 22/17
  • Watercolor - 18/20
  • Craftlab - 12/13
  • Lego (K-2) - 23/16
  • Lego (2-5) - 16/13
  • Yoga - 21/10
  • Filmmaking - 27/14

  • Piano Keyboard - 21/12
  • Spanish - 25/11
  • Kickball - 12/18
  • Chess Beginner - 6/16

We can see from this data shows that some classes have very high demand and this provides valuable insights for future planning of the After-School Program.

We encourage you to reach out to the After-School program lead with any questions, or suggestions for the program.

Creative Coding

Creative Coding offer their classes as virtual after school coding classes.

Class Description - Creative Coding online uses your child’s own creativity to make learning coding fun, as they write their own, unique computer game. Your child’s own ideas are more interesting and motivating to them than any “class assignment”. Our caring, supportive teachers use positiv reinforcement and proven, project-based learning to help your child succeed at their own pace. Social interaction between kids is half the fun, as they share and play each other’s games in a supportive, welcoming environment.
