Funding from the state and district does not meet the needs identified by our staff and community for a safe and thriving school. As a community of families, through the PTA, we strive to bridge the gap. The annual Direct Drive is your opportunity to directly support the school and school community.

Our goal for this year is to strengthen our curriculum support as well as to build lasting community engagement among the families. Specifically, Direct Drive funding supports the following programs this year:

Community building events (popsicle events for incoming pre-K and K families, Fall Picnic, Harvest Festival, Movie Night, etc)
Organize Volunteers
After-School Programming
Host School Events
Moving up ceremony for 5th graders
Families in need programs
Assembly support
Busses and other Financial support for school trips
Support for 5th grade trip to Islandwood
Curriculum support (workbooks, online subscriptions)
Staff professional development trainings
Safety patrol
Teacher stipends for classroom materials
Yearbook
Magnolia Elementary School Spirit Gear
Teacher and Staff Wish lists
and much more!

We understand that not every family is able to give at the same level, so please consider giving at the level with which you are comfortable. For those who are able, donating at a higher level helps to ensure we can cover our PTA budget for all students. If you do not donate, please consider participating by volunteering for this cause in other ways.
